Who is Blue Ridge Hiker?

Hello, my name is Bret James Stewart, and I have been hiking these mountains for over twenty-five years.  I recognized a need for meaningful trail reviews after spending inordinate amounts of time searching for them in vain.

Blue Ridge Hiker is my answer to that deficiency. Providing meaningful trail reviews and interesting information about the trails themselves and the plants and wildlife on them is my passion.

Browse around...stay awhile...you'll be glad you did.

Happy Hiking!
